Use HubSpot's AI Email Writer and Content Assistant

Step 1: Enable AI Content Assistant

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon, top right) → AI Assistants
  2. Toggle on AI Content Assistant for your account
  3. If you don't see this option, your plan may not include it — check HubSpot's plan comparison page

What you should see: An AI button appears in the email editor toolbar and within text editing areas.
